Growing up close to the Peak District National Park, surrounded by open landscapes, shifting light, and quiet natural beauty, inspired my love of photography and that perspective still influences my work today. It’s where my love for natural, honest storytelling began, and it continues to inspire the relaxed, thoughtful approach I bring to every wedding I photograph.
When I don’t have a camera in-hand you'll also find me sharing the highs and lows of my local football club, playing keyboards in a band where I once supported the Arctic Monkeys (true fact!), exploring the Peak District in my VW campervan, getting a round of golf in and always finding time for new adventures with my two young sons.
My aim is to make the photography side of your wedding day feel effortless, giving you the freedom to stay present while I document everything with a calm, thoughtful approach.
From striking images you’ll be proud to display at home, to beautifully curated albums and natural, share-worthy highlights for social media, every part of the experience is handled with care. Group photographs are kept relaxed and well-paced, with gentle guidance to keep things flowing smoothly - so you spend less time standing in lines and more time enjoying the atmosphere of your day.
My style combines a modern editorial eye with honest, documentary storytelling. Much of the time I blend into the background, observing and capturing real interactions as they happen, stepping forward only when a little direction helps create something special.
No two weddings are ever the same, which is why I shape my approach around you. The focus is always on preserving the genuine connections, fleeting expressions, and meaningful details that might pass by in a moment, yet become the memories you return to for years to come.
